Gulabo Sitabo latest still out. Ayushmann Khurrana and Amitabh Bachchan film gets new release date

Ayushmann Khurrana and Amitabh Bachchan will share screen space for the first time in Shoojit Sircar's Gulabo Sitabo. And a new still from the film reveals new release date, too.

brings Vicky Arora () and Bhashkor Banerjee ( Bachchan) together in for the first time. And if the latest still released by the maker of the film is anything to go by, it will be a must-watch.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the still, along with an interesting piece of news – that the film will now release earlier than scheduled. “IT’S OFFICIAL… New release date… #GulaboSitabo to release *earlier*: 28 Feb 2020… Stars and Ayushmann Khurrana… Directed by Shoojit Sircar… Here’s the first look of Ayushmann from the film,” Taran tweeted.

In the new photograph, Ayushmann and Amitabh can be seen together in their character get-up from the film. While Amitabh Bachchan is sporting a dishevelled look, dressed in a green kurta, white pyjamas, a skull cap and a piece of cloth covering his head, chappals and a jhola, Ayushmann is seen donning a shirt with white pyjamas, along with a black bag.

This is the first time the audience was treated to Ayushmann’s look from the film. Big B had himself released his look from the film earlier. Tweeting pictures of his prosthetic makeup, the actor had revealed that it took him three hours to get ready and into the skin of the character. “Is roop ko banane mein teen ghante lagte hain pratidin, aur aise haalaat hote hain jahan ye banaya jaata hai,” read his tweet.

Gulabo Sitabo was originally supposed to release in November this year, but the makers shifted the date to April 24, 2020. But, looks like the makers have shifted the date yet again, and will now release the film in February 2020.

In Gulabo Sitabo, Amitabh Bachchan is reportedly essaying the role of a landlord, while Ayushmann Khurrana will play the role of his tenant.

Apart from this, Ayushmann is gearing up for the release of his next, Bala, where he will essay the role of a man suffering from premature balding. Amitabh Bachchan, on the other hand, will be seen in one of 2020’s most-awaited films, Brahmastra, co-starring and .
